Gracias a nuestra profesora de japones, hemos descubierto bastante a fondo la gastronomía de Japón. Ya os he comentado en un aterior post que nuestra intención es viajar muy pronto a Japón , por ello decidimos estudiar japones para defendernos con el idioma y conocer algo de su cultura. A parte de enseñarnos japones, nuestra profesora tambien nos ha instruido en las recetas de su país.
El otro día para comer, mi marido hizo arroz blanco, el se lo condimento con tomate frito, ya sabeis arroz a la cubana,pero yo hice un invento riquisimoooooooooo.
Le añadí Furikake ¿Que es el Furikaki? Pues bien, es un condimento a base de algas, pescados, huevos o vegetales secos y deshidratados, en finas y pequeñas hebras. Se usa para condimentar todos tipos de sopas y platos típicos japoneses. Tiene distintos sabores, siendo considerado muy sabroso y nutritivo. El que veis en la foto es de hortalizas y flores deshidratadas, es de color fucsia..monisimoooo!jejeje
Los japones suelen añadir el Furikake en el arroz blanco para darle un toque.

El Furikake es muy dificil de conseguir, nosotros lo compramos en un viaje reciente que hicimos a Barcelona, donde hay una tienda especializada en productos japones llamada TOKIO YA que tambien se encuentra en Madrid.Luego añadi un poquito de Vinagre de Arroz , este tipo de vinagre lo podeis conseguir el en EL RINCÓN DEL GOURMET de EL CORTE INGLES. Este vinagre lo utilizan para condimentar el arroz que utilizan como base para el Sushi.

Y finalmente puse una cucadarita de Aceite de Sesamo que podeis comprar en cualquier tienda naturista. El aceite de sesamo se utiliza para condimentar la sopa de miso, pero generalmente lo utilizan más los Chinos en sus recetas.

Bueno el triste arroz blanco se convirtio en algo fresco y exotico!! Proximamente os contare como se cocina el arroz blanco japones....es un poco costoso de hacer pero merece la pena.
